All items are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because each product is custom created just for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing, color choice, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement.
